With Silk 7X, you can hear phone calls in both aids, when using a hearing-aid compatible phone while in the TwinPhone program. Lift the phone close to one ear to hear directly through your hearing aids!
Volume and environmental settings of the Silk 7X can be changed easily from a smartphone (via the mySignia app) or by using a miniPocket remote control (sold separately).
Combined with Silk CROS X, sold separately, Silk 7X are one of the few hearing aids that can be fit for one-sided deafness or one-sided hearing loss (CROS/BiCROS capable).
Signia Silk 7X features a range of tinnitus therapy options as well.
